Direct and personalized 1-on-1 career coaching

Phone-, web, email-, and chat-based coaching with a dedicated, experienced career counselor who works closely with the participant throughout all facets of the program, including personality assessment review, resume development, job search and networking training, interview preparation, and ongoing support. Our career coaches have an average of 20 years of high-performance HR counsulting experience. Plus, each participant receives a PersonalPath™ evaluation. PersonalPath™ is our unique career transition customization service. Career Connect™ job search technology

Powerful job search tool that consolidates job postings but more importantly scans 150,000 + data sources every day to gather information on “hidden jobs” in the marketplace. The technology also connects them with LinkedIn to help find personal connections within companies where opportunities will be occurring. Also includes access to research tools and a recruiter database.

DISC-based personality assessment

Provides insights into participant’s strengths, workplace motivators and values, and is personally reviewed by a career coach to help provide direction to participant. This insight includes interview questions, resume suggestions, and communication styles.

Social networking tools

Seventy percent of all jobs are filled through networking, and we have the most robust social networking tools on the market today. Managed by career coaches, participants can be placed into specific communities with other participants with similar characteristics. This allows participants to communicate with others to share helpful information related to their specific job search. Examples include by company, job family, and location.

Weekly webinars and expert forums

Group coaching sessions led by either career coaches or industry experts, available both as live and via pre-recorded sessions.
