This service agreement provides terms and conditions relevant to the resume and career services you are ordering. By placing an order, you indicate acceptance of the terms of service.

Satisfaction Guarantee: Careerminds is committed to the highest standards of quality in designing, writing, and producing branded resumes, web based career services, and career coaching services. Careerminds measures success by the satisfaction of our clients. Careerminds guarantees that you will be satisfied with the MyBrand resume quality, or we will revise the resume at no extra charge. The term of the Careerminds Satisfaction Guarantee is 30 days from initial document delivery. If you have not found a job by the end of six months from the time of purchase, Careerminds will extend the services for an additional 6 months.

File Format: Careerminds provides a copy of all documents in MS Word format. Because of technical differences in the equipment of our clients, Careerminds is not responsible if the file does not appear as intended on your system. If your computer does not display the resume as intended, we offer a free PDF file - viewable with Acrobat Reader - on request.

Samples: Careerminds occasionally uses resumes as samples in Web and print publications. All resumes used are fictionalized - information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, and employer names is changed to protect our client's identity. We respect your wishes if you do not want to have your resume used - just notify us in writing if this is the case.

Accurate Information: Careerminds, its agents and staff members will not be responsible for any misleading or inaccurate information contained in career materials. As our client, you are responsible for final proofreading and the content of all documents.

Project Scope: Careerminds will develop high-impact career documents based on your stated career goal and experience provided at the information-gathering stage. Any new information provided after the resume is developed is subject to a nominal update fee.

Exclusions and Warranty: Services are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. By way of purchase from Careerminds, you agree to accept this agreement, and you indicate an understanding of the terms and conditions as well as release Careerminds from any and all liability.

Governing Law: Regardless of your place of residence, you agree that for purposes of venue, this agreement was entered into in New Castle County, Delaware. Any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of the Delaware State Courts.

Payment: Full payment is due at the time of ordering. If you are dissatisfied during the resume development process, you will be refunded your initial investment. Once a resume draft is sent to you via email, all sales are final.
