The Careerminds Story

 

Helping people succeed in life has been part of Raymond Lee’s calling since a young age. Even as a teenager, he found himself being a counselor—a problem-solver—for friends and family in need. Some say he inherited this quality from his mother. Whether it came from within or from those who’ve influenced him, the calling to his vocation began many years ago.

 

Our founder, Raymond Lee, who holds degrees in Psychology and Industrial/Organizational Psychology, has effectively shared his zeal for building successful people within Fortune 500 companies and small businesses alike. Over the course of a decade, he realized that success in the workplace begins with the right mindset—a careful balance of confidence, reason, and the best tools to make your aspirations come alive in and out of the workplace. He calls it the Careermind. And, so in 1997 our company was born.

 

Careerminds is more than just a human resource and outplacement services company. It’s a place, a team, a passion for developing and sharing practices that help people find their professional success. We give people the opportunity to challenge themselves—challenge their minds—and find the courage to grow.
